Print or download this checklist to help you through this onboarding process: 

Step 1: Review Documents for Reference 

Please take a moment to review the following documents before processing to the next steps.

Step 2: Complete The Following Documents

Once you have reviewed the documents from Step 1, please download the following 6 documents. Read them carefully and complete all documents.

Print, sign, scan and email each completed document to It is mandatory that you submit all documents prior to your start date. 

Step 3: Select Your Province Of Work

Please select your province of work. You will be redirected to a secondary page where you will need to download and complete both documents.

Step 4: Additional Document To Submit

Once you have completed all 3 Steps, please take a moment to go over the checklist. Make sure all documents in Step 1 have been reviewed and all documents in Step 2 have been completed.
