Harvey Morgan is JJE’s Training & Demonstration Specialist. In this role, Harvey provides Operator training for all makes and models of equipment that are represented by JJE. Harvey has nearly 20 years of experience in the Refuse industry as well as a very strong technical skill set. Since joining JJE in 2012, Harvey has been factory trained on Refuse, Snow & Mower, and Sewer & Street product lines, and he has partnered with many of our customers to provide robust and hands-on training sessions.

James Crockett is the Product Manager for Elgin Sweeper Company with 15 years of experience related to street sweeping design, testing and marketing. James’ primary role is advocating for the industry, researching, and understanding the current & future needs of public works as it relates to street cleaning.  James and his wife Joanna are residence in Batavia, IL; just outside of Chicago – and have two sons, Joshua and Wesley, and a younger daughter Emily.

Steve Dunning is the Technical Training Instructor for Elgin products. As a technician in the early 1980’s, he worked on his first Elgin sweeper, a Pelican. During that time he achieved ASE Master Certification in both Automotive and Heavy Duty Truck. After ten years as a technician, Steve moved to fleet maintenance management. That’s where he started training, helping technicians prepare for ASE Certification.

Wes Brown is the Product Support Manager at JJE. Wes is responsible for providing support to the RSMs and overall sales teams in Ontario and Quebec, through product demos, and sales initiatives. Wes has been with JJE since September of 2019, and works primarily with our Elgin line of Street sweepers, Trackless multipurpose tractors, as well as Glutton electric litter vacuums.

Wes is currently completing his MBA , and lives in Bradford, ON with his girlfriend, Brittany and their one year old German Shepherd, Louie.
