Parts Return Request

At Joe Johnson Equipment, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return a part, our streamlined process makes it easy and hassle-free.

How to Return a Part

  1. Complete the Form: Fill out the Parts Return Request form below with all the necessary details.
  2. Prepare Your Return: Ensure the part is in its original packaging and condition. Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  3. Ship the Part: Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the part back to us.

Return Policy:

Part returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. All items must be returned prepaid to JJE. A restocking/handling fee up to 25% may apply. Parts must be returned in the original unopened packaging where applicable or in a new original sellable condition. Electrical/electronic parts, programmed components, software or programming codes are not returnable. Special orders may not be cancelled or returned. Customers have 14 days to return parts after the Parts Return request has been approved. JJE will process eligible returns within 14 days of receipt of product. Defective parts should be returned to JJE through the Warranty administration department for evaluation and processing. Please contact warranty@jjei.com. JJE will process Warranty claims in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
