The Minicam Proteus Lateral System is purpose-built for one of the most operationally demanding inspection tasks in the industry: accessing and surveying lateral pipe connections from the mainline, without surface disruption. Centered on the self-propelled LAT150 crawler, the system delivers the range, reliability, and imaging capability needed for pre-acceptance inspections, cross-bore detection, inflow and infiltration surveys, and structural assessments of lateral connections.

Deployment Tubes and Accessories

Deployment tubes in multiple sizes allow the LAT150 to be accurately positioned for lateral entry in larger mainlines. The unique pivot design enables tool-free attachment and removal across all tube sizes. The Lateral Pin Kit (ASS-006-322) is a useful addition to the CAM050 pan-tilt camera, assisting directional guidance through bends and junctions within the lateral pipe.
