Elgin Broom Badger Key Features

Class 5 Isuzu Chassis – Mounted on an Isuzu NRR 19,500 lb. class 5 cabover chassis that supports highway travel speed, the Broom Badger navigates between job sites efficiently and accesses areas where full-size sweepers cannot operate.

114-Inch Maximum Sweep Path – Dual gutter brooms with 114-inch sweep path (max) provide excellent coverage for streets, parking lots, and facility sweeping. The wide sweeping path improves productivity while the compact chassis maintains maneuverability.

Heavy-Duty Conveyor System – The 58.5-inch direct drive squeegee-type conveyor handles heavy duty sweeping applications including construction debris, gravel, leaves, and sand. Direct drive design ensures reliable material transport without belt slippage.

Effective Dust Suppression – A 220-gallon water tank provides dust suppression for extended sweeping operations. Adequate water capacity minimizes refill stops while keeping dust controlled on dry, dirty surfaces.

Superior Visibility – Standard 12-inch spot mirrors and low cut windows enable precise viewing of gutter brooms and sweeping path. Operators can position brooms accurately along curbs, buildings, and obstacles for thorough cleaning.
