These trucks incorporate no-nonsense innovations that make operation convenient and maintenance easy.
DF ACE - Dual Filter Industrial Vacuum Loader
When you need the best, you need the ACE. For greater resistance to high-vacuum pressures, it's designed with cylindrical components, including round dump tubes and tank to ensure complete material discharge.
For higher fuel efficiency, the ACE has more filter bags (72), creating a better air-to-cloth ratio and a minimal overall pressure drop. The variable-volume hydraulic pump is efficient, too, providing a quick response, generating less heat and requiring less horsepower to operate.
The ACE offers all this, plus easy maintenance. The filter module components - the bag houses, debris tank, cyclones, and dump tubes - can be individually unbolted and replaced. All door gaskets are D-ring hollow core type and can be cut to fit and replaced in the field.
LR ACE LiquidRing Vacuum Loader
The Liquid Ring ACE industrial vacuum loader combines the best feature of the ACE - high vacuum (28" Hg) power, four stage filtration and modular filter components for easy maintenance - with a liquid ring pump. Because of the its unique design, the liquid ring pump is virtually maintenance free and operates at an extremely low noise level.
GUZZLER Industrial Vacuum Loader
The Guzzler is a powerful and efficient industrial vacuum system designed to clean up and recover a full spectrum of materials - from solids and dry bulk powders, to liquids, slurries and thick sludge. It can operate effectively in remote or inaccessible locations more than 1,000 feet away. The Guzzler is simple to operate and easy to maintain. It provides 100% accessibility to all internal chambers, and provides the lowest air to cloth ratio of any machine in its class.
Offloading Solutions
Downtime for unloading collected material costs you money. No one offers more true continuous offloading capability than Guzzler so you never have to shutdown for dumping your load.
First introduced in 1988, Guzzler's continuous production system is now available in three configurations and is available on both the ACE and the Guzzler. No manufacturer has more experience than Guzzler designing vacuum truck offload systems.
Here are a few of the many systems Guzzler has developed over the last 20 years. Guzzler listens to your needs and responds with application specific systems.
XCR
The XCR is the original, patented, continuous production offloading system. With its unique swing-out cyclone, you can discharge material into collection vessels while vacuuming. When equipped with a trickle valve, you can pneumatically convey material from the cyclone while vacuuming into any collection vessel for recycling. Available on both the ACE and Guzzler products.
REAR MOUNTED CYCLONE
The Rear Mounted Cyclone is an economical solution when controlled offloading is only an occasional requirement. The cyclone may be used while attached or removed and used as an intermediate loading station. The cyclone support legs are adjustable to accommodate loading vessels of varying heights.
FX ACE (hi dump body)
The FX series ACE features a high dumping vacuum tank. This allows you to easily discharge collected material from the debris tank directly into any collection box up to 54" tall. Ideal for use with 20yd 3 roll-off boxes.
VERTICAL AUGER
The Guzzler auger system provides the ultimate in controlled offloading of any free-flowing, wet or dry product. Unlike other brands, Guzzler's is the only auger available with an isolation valve between the tank and the auger. This prevents material from entering the auger when it's not in use, which prolongs the life of the auger and saves time when decontaminating the unit.
EUROPEAN OFFLOAD
An advanced offloading and recovery tool, Guzzler's European offload system combines applied pressure with high airflow for true dense phase conveyance up to 75 feet vertically. Ideal for cement or bulk powder applications.
GUZZLER XCR
With the XCR's unique swing-out cyclone, you can discharge material into collection vessels while vacuuming - a patented, continuous production system that's revolutionized the industry. In recovery applications, where you need to collect reclaimable materials, you can mount a manifold on the bottom of the cyclone. Using the discharge air from the silencer, the manifold helps pneumatically convey material from the cyclone back into a collection vessel. When you don't have to package material for disposal, but need to vacuum, you can swing the cyclone in and vacuum through the rear port just as you would with a conventional Guzzler.
CYCRANE
For material handling versatility, you may want to add a Cycrane option to your ACE or GUZZLER. It combines a high-performance crane and a detachable receiving cyclone, working independently of each other for unlimited capabilities. You can safely and efficiently move, store, transport, package or drum any material - even hazardous wastes and reclaimables. And with the 23/7" horizontal reach and a 14' cyclone discharge height, it's no problem to load and unload rail cars, dump trucks, elevated bins and silos.
