AccuBrine:™ How It Works
The AccuBrine™ automated brine maker produces large volumes of brine per hour automatically using a state-of-the-art Programmable Logic Controller (PLC). The PLC initiates the dilution process while a second sensor re-checks concentration and accepts or rejects the batch. Smart sensors monitor valve function. The PLC tracks daily and seasonal data including production volume; water, salt and additives usage; and operator hours. Self-diagnostics identify problems, notify the operator of failures and provide corrective measures.
Self Cleaning/Brine Maker Salt Tank
The bottom-down water flow design of the Accu-Brine automatic brine maker produces a cleaner, more highly concentrated brine, resulting in a more pure product. Cleaner brine reduces sediment build-up in the storage tanks and results in significantly fewer flow meter and pump-seal features. Fast, effective, cleanout is possible by simply opening cleaning valves and flushing out sediment through the built-in pump.
